How to balance coffee to not dehydrate

As a lover of coffee I think its important to address the fact that coffee does dehydrate you despite how delicious it is. It can be troubling to drink so much in one day. Not only because of a high caffeine intake but also because of dehydration. You’ve got to drink twice as much water as coffee, is my rule. So for example I drink two cups of coffee a day so my daily water intake goal is four, 16 ounce bottles of water. This keeps dehydration at bay and I love water, so no skin off my nose. Plus it’s important to know when to space out your coffee. Like I drink once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Never after 6 pm do I drink coffee. This prevents stomach problems and dehydration issues.
